Youri Tielemans returned to Monaco following the end of his loan spell at Leicester City
‘I expect that I will return to Monaco in the summer, unless something’s moving,’ Tielemans told VTM Nieuws.
‘At the moment there’s nothing. If things are going well you want to keep it like that. I don’t know what Monaco will be asking, so I can’t talk about it.’
Leicester are wary of getting involved in a bidding war for the Belgian international, but are aware that his form while on loan at the King Power Stadium this season has attracted the attention of some of Europe’s top clubs.
Manchester United and Tottenham have also been linked with the Belgian international
It is thought Tielemans is keen on a permanent move to Leicester and has been impressed by new manager Brendan Rodgers.
The Belgium international, 22, has impressed since arriving in the Premier League during the January transfer window.
Tielemans scored three times and contributed five assists in 12 Premier League outings for the Foxes.
