Spain and Poland on their way to European Championship, record for Lewandowski

Spain has done excellent business in the European Championship qualification. In the own Estadio Santiago Bernabéu, Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos broke the spell after rest against Sweden (3-0).

The Spaniards had their biggest opponent before the referee's break. Jordi Alba was booked for a foul by nothing and a Rodrigo goal was wrongly rejected. Daniel Parejo (shot) and Sergio Ramos (blow) also had no success with their frantic attempts.

Without VAR, arbitrator William Collum noted that the ball had to hit the dot after an hour after a handball, after which Ramos shot hard and low. Substitute Álvaro Morata decorated a penalty just before the time, which he used cold-bloodedly. Mikel Oyarzabal determined the final score with a placed shot.

AZ striker Bjørn Johnsen missed in the same group F on behalf of Norway for an empty goal against Faroe Islands, but made his mistake with two good headers after halftime (0-2), as a result of which the Norwegians now again have a focus on Sweden in the battle for a place on the final round.
